Evaluation

Solutions are not downloadable from this website. If you'd like to know more about any of the solutions on our site, then please contact us. You can email or call us, or fill out our Request for Information form. We will be happy to set up a product demonstration, either face-to-face or over the web as appropriate. If further evaluation is needed, we can also provide you with a user-id and password, to access an online, trial version of the solution.

Purchase

In general, you purchase a license for a Solution based on the number of users that will have access to the system. There is usually an optional annual maintenance fee which entitles you to upgrades and limited support. Please contact us for more information.

Source Code

A license to the source-code may be offered for sale for a Solution. Note that even if you purchase a license for the source, you must still have a valid license for the Solution appropriate for the number of users. There are limitations on what you may do with licensed source code, but in general you are granted a non-exclusive right to use and modify the source code only for use in an application for which you have also purchased the appropriate number of user-licenses.

Warrantees

When you purchase a license to a Solution, there is an accompanying agreement, which in all cases supercedes any prior written or implied agreements, including this website.

SOLUTIONS ARE WARRANTED, IF AT ALL, ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THEIR LICENSE AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED IN THE LICENSE AGREEMENT, OBJECUTIVE, INC. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO SOLUTIONS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
